Don't be fooled by the headline on Internet!

Nowadays everyone likes to learn new knowledge through network.

some people even spend a lot of time every day in watching online news as a part of life. however, There is not so many online information can be trusted.

at least 80%-90% of the contents are exaggerated ,the writers mainly through exaggerated words to attract people's attention, and ultimately to achieve their business purposes.

Take online investment advice for example, usually the more it be advertised the more it is not reliable.

recent years, promoting people to invest overseas real estate is very popular on internet. does it really as good as be described，I donot think so。

In the beginning of this year, Canada begun to charge foreigner investors 15% stamp tax, it caused Vancouver area house prices plummeting directly. Then Australia begun to tighten foreigner investors’s bank loans, but also going to increase the stamp tax. It seems that the next one or two years, Australia's real estate prices will not be optimistic.

Back to Asia, Between 2013 to 2015, Japan's real estate prices raised about 20% in the concept of the Olympic Games. Recently the writers  crazily promoting people buy Japanese real estate for B & B business , Seems like the concept of the Olympic Games doesnot work for Japanese real estate selling anymore,they need to hype a new concept to attract attention, attract investment.

现在每个人都喜欢通过网络来获得新的知识。

有的人甚至每天花费大量的时间看网上新闻作为生活的一部分，然而网上信息的真实性到底有多少呢。

网上宣传的内容至少80%-90%都是在夸大事实，他们主要通过夸张的字眼吸引人们的眼球，

最终达到自己的商业目的。

就拿网上的投资建议来说吧，往往越是网上大量宣传的内容越是不可靠的。近年来网上宣传海外置业的信息最多。

然而海外置业真的有描绘的那么美好吗。

加拿大从今年开始对外国投资者增收15%的印花税，直接造成了温哥华地区房价的暴跌。紧接着澳大利亚也在缩紧对外国投资者的银行贷款，同时也准备增加印花税。看来未来一两年澳洲房产的价格不会乐观。

再回到亚洲地区，前两年日本东京的房产在奥运概念的炒作下，有了20%左右的涨幅。近期网上开始大力宣传投资日本房产来经营民宿，可见光是靠炒作奥运概念日本房产已经卖不动了，需要炒作新的概念来吸引眼球，招揽投资。
